What you will do
You are the essential link in the kitchen, ensuring speed and oversight. You are responsible for plating, prepping fresh ingredients, and managing the mise-en-place to ensure a smooth service. Additionally, you will keep the scullery and dishwasher under control, ensuring service sets and kitchen materials are immediately ready for use. You ensure the workspace remains clean and organized according to HACCP regulations and proactively signal when stocks need to be replenished.
