What you will do
In this role, you are responsible for the production of our in-house doughs and baked goods, working independently on a diverse selection that forms the basis of our menu. You will prepare daily croissants, cruffins, and other sweet pastries for the counter. Additionally, you will bake signature items for our dishes, such as brioche hamburger buns, artisanal brown bread, and focaccia. You maintain strict consistency in lamination and bake, manage your own stock, and ensure a clean, organized workspace according to HACCP regulations.
