Allround Hospitality

In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het hosten en de volledige service. Je ontvangt gasten, begeleidt ze naar hun tafel en neemt bestellingen op met een scherp oog voor detail. Je zorgt voor het uitserveren van dranken en gerechten, waarbij je de bonnen nauwkeurig checkt en kort schakelt met de keuken voor een vlekkeloze ervaring. Daarnaast houd je de zaak constant on point door de mise-en-place te verzorgen, voorraden bij te vullen en ervoor te zorgen dat het café er de hele dag verzorgd uitziet. Je communiceert helder met je collega's om samen de drukte en eventuele wachtrijen moeiteloos de baas te blijven.

We zoeken iemand die van nature gastvrij, attent en servicegericht is. Je blijft vriendelijk en scherp, ook als het terras of de zaak volledig volstroomt. Je werkt netjes, hebt oog voor detail en ziet werk liggen voordat iemand het je vraagt. Betrouwbaarheid en teamwork zijn voor ons essentieel; ervaring in de horeca is een voordeel, maar de juiste instelling en energie zijn voor ZERAIN doorslaggevend.

Your role focuses on hosting and providing seamless floor service. You will welcome guests, seat them, and take orders while maintaining a professional and attentive presence. You are responsible for serving food and drinks, checking tickets, and coordinating closely with the kitchen team. Furthermore, you keep the café in top condition by managing mise-en-place, restocking, and ensuring the environment remains presentable throughout the day. Clear communication with your colleagues is vital to managing busy peaks and guest queues with a positive attitude.

The ideal candidate is naturally warm, attentive, and guest-focused. You remain calm and friendly under pressure, even when the floor is at full capacity. You are organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying tasks that need to be done. While prior experience is a plus, we prioritize the right mindset, reliability, and a true team-player mentality.
